LG L7ii (P716) does not answer

ON the screen all soft button work. There is an issue trying to answer the phone the swipe does not answer the phone. I have updated the Android to the latest (4.1.2) still the latest (4.4 is due at end of the year). Have tried to reset the phone also does not solve problem. LG call centre is also not much help.

Any ideas as the LG website has people stating the same issue.

Never give up never give in.

There are no short cuts to anything worth doing :)
