Hi all

I have a 2 site that are voip link together using a VPN link and have a problem with 1 site that does not pass the name across to the other site when calling them,1 site has a LDK100 and the other site has a LDK300 when there ring from the LDK100 to the LDK300 it show the extensions name on the phone you are calling on the ldk300 but when you call from the ldk300 to the ldk100 it is not showing the name just shows the extension number has any one come across this before or no what would be causing this ,All phones are set to display name in main program?

Hi randalluk

Check PGM 324 - The first entries must be your local site (this has the # within the plan, then follow with entries for the other site.

Also ensure the when the call is routed to the other side - the CPN Destination is the VoIP Cards IP Address eg 192.168.1.27 - not just an address that defines the range ie 192.168.1.0

Yes I have check this and this is all correct and check in PGM 320/321 NET CNIP Enabled for both site ,so not sure where to look next?

Check CNOP, make sure the other one has Qsig License and Net on PGM 320 is enabled
