Hi I have an Ip office 500 connected with H.323 to an LG-Nortel Ipldk60, the calls between the extensions are working ok, the problem that I have is when I try to call from the LG taking and ISDN pri trunk of the Ip office for an external call....checking at the Ip office system status I see the digits but no routing....at the LG I saw that the PGM324 , at the network Numbering Plan Table the Num Plan code, if I put for example the extension number of the Ip office I received correctly, then I'm trying to put 8 digits (9*******) but the system doesn't update the information, the LG just permit me to put up to 5 digits (9****) besides the sytem said the max length is 16...
any idea?

thanks

Have you set up the connection as Trunk. If so, use LCR to send digits to that trunk group. I believe net numbering(PGM 324) is for extn dialing only.

So when they dial 9 it goes thru LCR, sends all digits including the 9.

Let me try that, I haven't used the LCR before....
