LG IPECS300 - no busy tone

We have a client that is on ISDN30, when calling ANY DDI that is allocated to extension number we fail to get busy tone on inbound call instead the call just drops when calling from SIP, ISDN or even mobile network. The software on the IPECS is F.1De.

Any advise/assistance would be greatly appreciated

Look under System Data, DISA/DID Destination. Busy field should be set to tone.
