Hello.
I've got a LIP-7016D which has lost the ability to transmit speech. This is on both the hands free and on the hand piece. The hand piece works just fine on other phones, the microphone also works find when tested in another unit. The LAN port has been continuity tested and is without disruption. The handset has also been defaulted.
Is this is an issue anyone else has encountered, and if so; what was the solution?
I believe it is something to do with the phone needing an update, does anyone have the files and procedure for this?
Gently does it. If gently doesn't do it, smash it with the hammer.
