LG (Goldstar) GSX 21 Button

Our office is using Goldstar 21 button Executive Key Telephones on all our extensions. However one of the stations automatically picks up and goes to Hands-Free when an internal call is transferred. (External calls ring as normal).
We would dearly like this to stop and just have the phone ring as normal when an internal call is placed, but there doesn’t seem to be anything in the User Guide on this topic.

If anyone can help this'd be greatly appreciated.

Figured it out in the end.
There's a slider switch on the lower-front of the phone - you just slide it to the "N" position and it all returns to normal. Tsk!
