Hi to the experts on here
I have just been thrown a LG LDK16 to install in a small charity office, and Have done all the basics on the cabling & incoming line setup.
The I issue I need resolving is this
I have 3 standard analogue telephone lines incoming and would like to assign them to ring on all extentions to allow call pickup
on further investigations it shows the first 2 lines as being ISDN, and there for cannot seem to pick the first 2 lines up as a normal line01 & line 02 ......
I have a LCOB4 fitted & followed the wiring setup guide, but still having issues in programming.
I since have downloaded the GDK Admin software, but when hooking up to the GDK16 its asking for a password, that eventhe basic ones mentioned on here will npt allow me to communicate with the system !!!... very odd.
Could someone at least give me a basic guide on the best method to unnasign the isdn & programm it correctly either via the LDK30 or via the software
Once I can get the basics sorted I can get them up & running and explore the system further
