i've plugged an external music source into moh port on main board.
what do i configure to tell the system to use the external music source for moh?
i've entered admin programming, pgm 41 and music source on channel 1 is set to internal & it won't change.
any help greatly appreciated

PGM41 - Button 2 - MOH Channel variable: 0 - 9 see below:

0 : Hold Tone
1 : Music 1, 2 : Music 2
3 : Day - Music 1, Night - Music 2
4 : DVU MOH
5~9 : SLT MOH (*)

Set PGM41 btn 2 to 1 or 2.

hi Doktor

thanks for the reply.

i've already set it to 1 & i'm still not hearing music on hold.
didn't think to try setting it to 2. i'll try it & update you.

can i confirm that its not necessery to reset the system when we plug in the external music source?

set the bgm port as same and test via idle keyset onhook trans 73 toggling
