LG Flatron L1750S Monitor Problems

The screen randomly goes black from time to time and its quite annoying, especially when I'm playing games. At first I thought it was the screen saver but it doesn't respond to me moving the mouse. The way I have been fixing up until now is by turning the monitor off and then on again. My power connection is secure and so is the link to the video card.

Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds like a bad connection inside. If the monitor is still under warranty get it replaced.

Hmmm, ok I'll have to check about that warranty though. Its been about a year. I believe I might be still covered.
