I have an customer with LG-Ericsson ipLDK-60 system which is running auto attendant with CCR. The problem is the Telco is supplying the dial tone via a subcriber carrier system that does not pass the disconnect (open voltage signal to the LG LDK-60 hence causing the lines to hang! I have played with using CPT (call progress tone) to drop call but if caller is in a mailbox the LG ignores the CPT and only drops call after maximum record timer expires. Does anyone have any suggestions?

then ring the line supplier ask them to tell you what the disconnect is set to usually 100/ms in the uk and get them to set it to 800m/s.
