Lexprt Solaris 10

I'm trying to get the lexprt utility to work on a Solaris 10 SPARC server. When I run the utility I receive the following error:
There has been an internal error of -1.
The path is: /usr/markvision/bin/nolexprt.Char
ARG[0]=lexprt
This utility works on our Solaris 9 server. I've contacted Lexmark but they are giving me the run around. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
