I just received the correct toner cartdridges(12A5845) from our vendor. When I put in the new cartdridge, it displays "32 unsupported cartdridge". These printers are very old and were donated to the school district I work for, so of course there are no manuals or documentation.

HELP!

Funny thing; Printing supplies all have an expiration.
Shelf life is not a care for the "vendor" .
Caveate Emptor! Always check the date, and demand the newest from your "vendor". Refuse to accept any that are near the expire date. This is especially true of carts with chips. These could be remands, with a 3rd party chip, that will cause this problem. Printing is a serious thing, why settle for rinky-dink solutions that only save you money at the moment, but cost lots more in repairs!
