Lexmark Optra E+ How to Cancel printing???

Hi,

I had someone start printing a 144 page document on this printer and when we went to cancel the job the queue was empty. Once a printer starts printing how do you stop it on the printer side?

Switch off the printer!!!
Or pull the paper out!!!

I know that...But once it was turned back on and paper was put back in it would start back up again. I went to the lexmark site and each printer has a cancel button that should override any print jobs after they have already went to the printer. Just for anyone that might be interested.
