Lexmark Optra C710 - 935 Service/Printhead Error.

Any ideas, printer warms up/comes ready and after print job is received the above error occurs.
Lexmark technical help awol and not responding!!!

Before replacing the printhead, check the cable going to the scanner head. They use insulation displacement connectors - test the cable for continuity to avoid and expensive replacement.
