Lexmark E322 Viewer Error 1328

We have this E322 printer connected over the network to a workstation running ADP. In the last couple of weeks whenever we try to print from the ADP application only, after a pause, we get a Viewer popup that says 1328: Processing has been ended. ADP says this message is not from their software so I wonder if it is a printer driver issue? Printing from Word or Excel is fine. Any ideas how to resolve this?
 
Have you tried getting the latest driver for the printer & installing that?
