Everything appears to work correctly but cannot start with the software's...shortcut icon on desktop. Takes resources away from monitor. Could be video card...lead to believe it is something with software. Scanner works, Photocopier works, Fax works, Printer works...Any ideas???? Yes, the software is tricky - I bought an X73. First thing is go to Lexmark's site and get the latest software from there - the software on the CD that ships with the product doesn't seem to work very well.
If you follow the manufacturer's instructions to the letter you should be fine.
Not sure what you mean when you say "Takes resources away from monitor. Could be video card..." - could you clarify, please?
