Lewy - thanks for merge info but I need a little more help!

Thank you so much for your help. I tried using the Experts Merge but got the following error message:

"an alias required to runthe expert could not be created. The Paradox error message is: "An error was triggered in the "Add Alias" method on an object of session type".

Can you help me out? Also, is it easier to merge to excel?

Sorry Nomi1, never seen this error message before. My guess it is to do with where you have your various alias' set up to and paradox cannot find where you have placed the expert files. Maybe someone else can answer this better then me. Also I have never tried merging to excel, normally I would import the file into excel or better still use Quatro Pro.
