Level Two Certification

I was asked about level two certification for hospital intercoms and I had nothing that I could say. This was very disconcerting so I figgured to ask this forum if anybody can fill me in on this? I understand that it is a higher level of testing than cat5 gets. can anyone shed some light on this?

Level II refers to TSB-67 standard. This is a testing standard for CAT5 systems. This standard is obsolete now with introduction of 568-B.2
