can you post the prints for ALLIP; and ALLOP;

I would strongly advise not using RFEXI again unless you know what you are doing.

To clear alarms use ALREI;
but as said before you need to print the alarms
PLEASE do not restart the tlephone exchange to do this. in all probability it wont clear the fault and might make things worse.
for example the class 3 may have been something to do with backup? then what happens when you "reboot the system" without a proper back-up
