I have never used my level 2 password but I need to now to establish an authorization code. What I have written down does not work as it contains 11 digits. I've tried parts of the 11 but no luck. Is there a way to discover the level 2 password or to establish a new one.

There are a number of factors here. As a general rule you would need to contact your mntce supplier as this is an area of high level support. However there are a number of us who know the method for the older software and the newer software would require a password account reset.
We don't discuss or give out passwords on this forum.
