Letters wiht accent not recognised by echo1safe 3.7 french

Hello,

I installed echo1safe 3.7 french on Windows XP french but the software does not recognise the files with letters with accents.

Everything in normal at the level of Dos or Windows XP whith this letters with accent.

Have anyone an idea what to do.

I was thinking, you may want to send an email to support@1visionsoftware.com and ask them. They may know more about that issue.

I will take contact with 1stvisionsoftware.

What a pity that a so wonderful solution as Onstream, for a small office as mine, has gone bankrupt.

If no one restart the company, I will be ogliged to switch to HP DDS 3, more expensive and less effective.
