How do I include my letterhead in the header of a word document so when I print to a PDF file, the letterhead will show up too!

Is there a certain format the letterhead file has to be in?

Cat - make sure you have drawing objects included with the document. Under Tools | Options select the print tab and half way down under the section titled "Include with document" make sure "drawing objects" is checked.
