Letter Question - Crystal 9

I have created a letter which pulls based on certain information, looks like:

Facility Name
Add

Date

Text

Appt Date Mbr Name Id #

What it is currently doing is a new letter for each person at the facility what I want to know is if I can do as follows:

Facility Name
Add

Date

Text

Appt Date Mbr Name Id #
Appt Date Mbr Name Id #
Appt Date Mbr Name Id #
Appt Date Mbr Name Id #

So that I can send 1 letter to the facility showing multiple people with appointments during the specified time frame.
