What I need is support for 4 18d's, 5 lines, voice mail, AA, with direct station transfer, remote/back, remote access and all standard Partner features.

What module configuration should I be looking at?

A Partner ACS R7 processor will give you 5 lines and 9 extensions.

For voicemail, the Partner Voice Messaging pc card (sold separately) will give you the features you need at a minimal cost.

There is a remote access/backup card available for the R7 as well as a built in Admin port so remote access shouldn't be a problem.

Thank you. So if I am buying a preowned system or a package I MUST make sure that if I want voice mail I MUST have the Vm card and if I want remote access/back up I MUST have that card as well?

What VM card configuration can I get with the R7 for example 2x4, 2x10? What is the highest I can get before I must get the Partner Mail module?

Is AA and DXD standard with the VM cards?

I think I found a link to a document that gives a great overview of the Partner telephone system. The document only goes up to the R6 processor, but there is a lot of information about voicemail and the DXD cards in there. I believe remote access is discussed as well.

There will be a few differences between the R6 and R7 processors, but check the document out and I think most of the info you need will be found there. [smile]
