The seems like a simple question. I tried to search, but I think I am missing the right search term. So a little help with search or direct answer would be awesome.

I would like to have a line NOT picked up by AA or Voicemail.

I am not sure how to do this. Currently it is not covered by VM group 770, after 4 rings it goes to the lowest extension. Calling Group 770 has coverage from all extensions. via coverage group 30.

So I am thinking setup another calling group ie., 780 and add the lines I want to ring forever to that group. I am I headed in the right direction?

So are these lines currently apart of a calling group (770 or whatever)? How does these lines ring in?

One little trick you can use is to assign the line to a non-existent ADJUNCT, that doesn't have Voice Mail, and then set LINE OWNERSHIP (Principal User) to that extension.
