Hi
I have had ongoing problems using a BT LES100 cct for VOIP.
After resolving many QoS issues both on the PBX gatekeeper cards, and the Customers data network, I still get problems with cut off, and echo, with calls over the LES100. We have been allocated 10% of the bandwidth, and are using G711 as the codec, although we have previously used G729, with the same problem occuring. Both phones and gatekeeps are running Auto neg, with the swithes similarly configured. Actual speed is 100M full.Has anyone else come across similar issues. BT advise that the LES is configured correctly, but I feel some packet dropping or delay is occuring over this link.
Other VOIP connections using similar LES ccts are ok.
