Lensflare?

Hey,

does anyone know, where I can get/download a real good lensflare thing, you know...(swf/fla)??!

By the way, if I load a 2nd .swf to my main .swf (this is all in fullscr mode) the quality really is bad. It gets even worth if there is an animation or two on top of it.
This is going to be an interactive CD, and I´m really concerned bout the quality.

So please let me know
