How do you adjust the number of rings before the AA answers the call? You do not have the option of time based overflow in setup.

What release processor?? You could adjust the cover delay for your main console,of course, R4.2(I think) or lower has a system wide cover delay. What I have done was assign the lines to a phanton console and assign that extension as an AA in the mail.

R3 legend or magix?? If legend, your sol, you got the cover delay under options-->cover delay-->(which is system wide) or you can add the lines to the calling group for an imidiate AA. All depending on what kind of VM you have, you could isolate ports just for the AA and ports for regular VM use, in a sence, two intergrated VM calling groups. Have the lines assigned to one calling group, then set the ports to answer on two rings instead of one. The one VM we install has this option, I think the intuity has that option as well. You won't find this on the messaging. For some reason, I am thinking the Merlin Mail had this option as well. Somewhere under option 1 in system admin.

My solution to this customer would be to upgrade the processor either to a R3 magix or R7 Legend, depending on what type of cards and phones they have.
