Hi everyone.
We are using Exchange 2003 SP2, and GFI mail essentials 12.0 installed on the same box.
Some time ago legit emails started going to the junk folder in users Outlooks. We added sender to whitelist in GFI and added senders to Trusted Sender in Outlooks, but they still go to junk. We called GFI and their support personnel looked through the logs, and told us that none of their filters are stopping those emails. Also they notices some strange addition to the headers in those emails.

X-AntiAbuse: Primary Hostname - admin.technobdserver.com
X-AntiAbuse: Original Domain - bentex.com
X-AntiAbuse: Originator/Caller UID/GID - [0 0] / [47 12]
X-AntiAbuse: Sender Address Domain - benexclusive.com
Does anyone know what this AntiAbuse is? and what admin.technobdserver.com is?
Is this somekind of antispam service?
People from GFI thought that this might be the problem.
Thank you all in advance.
