Removed two 008MLX cards, installed a T1 in the first removed cards positon, and an 016MLX in the second removed 008MLX's position.
The custoner claims the incoming calls previouosly rung in on the first button(SARING) not the second button (SARING), and since the 016MLX calls ring in on the second button (SARING). The buttons were nto really reprogrammed on these 16 MLX phones other than some coverages, some buttons, and none of the SA buttons were changed. Some of the names, and buttons did have to be reprogrammed after the renumber for some reason, but not the SARING buttons. The SAVOICE buttons were already previously removed from the buttons because the customer did not like the voice button features.
Any ideas on how to get calls to return to ringing in on the first SARING button instead of the second?
