All of a sudden my customer is having a prob. with Direct VM transfer.
At times when they try to do a DVM transfer the call goes to the console oper
The only errors I find in the Intuity are in the admin log- SWIPDIP-could not parse switch info(alot of these)
This errer does make sense since the system doesn't seem to know what to do with the call. Any ideas???
