Hi- Legend R2 (analog BIS phones)with a VSR Voicentre voice mail. We set up a call group 771 for a group of sales agents. The voice mail is supposed to give callers option 7 to ring 771. Problem is the VSR was set up with 2 digit extension numbers and will not take a 3 digit extension. Is there some other way to get calls routed to 771? Otherwise I have to default and re-program the voice mail for 3 digit extensions. Thanks for any help.

you can renumber 771 to a 2-digit number that the voicemail will recognize. that would be easier.

Sorry, I should have mentioned I tried that and I get an error. Am I missing something?

What you may be missing is the 2 digit number you are trying to use is already in use.

Default 2 digits in the Legend are 10 thru 67.

You can move something in that range to a 3 digit number and then use the one you moved from to the 2 digit number you need.

Bingo- I think it's going to work. Thanks!

One more question- I set 771 to be 60. Is there a way I can have unanswered calls go to a mailbox?
