I did an upgrade and it took the upgrade it display Surrogade mode what does not mean on the phone switch or why is it saying that i never seen that before.how can i take it off or maybe i did something wrong

If you have no modules installed - other than the processor - it will be in surrogate mode. If you have modules installed - then retry the upgrade. After the upgrade - the processor will perform a "Full Erase" or frigid start-up to factory specs and it will try to recognize all installed modules.

Hopefully you saved a backup to WinSPM - which you will need to "convert" to the Magix Release you upgraded to - and you will need to "restore" the programming from that "converted" file using WinSPM.
