legend t1 trouble

All copper lines are answered by AA, all DID's work.
However when a second cll comes in and the main copper line is busy the call rolls over to the t-1. these calls are ring no answer. I need the AA to answer the hunting calls also.

Does the T1 serve for inbound DID calls as well, or is it just a part of the POTS hunt?
