Customer has a legend(pre-7.0)and is trying to get call accounting software to work. I was helping on the phone yesterday but have to go there today. 355AF is connected to 25/9converter for serial port on server. Cat5 patch between 355AF and SMDR port. Hardware is 408GS/LS-ID. Not able to get a data dump, even in hyperterm. Only the letter "c" comes on screen. Does anyone remember the settings for the respective ports(PC and Legend)? Thanks'

That would be:

1200 Baud, No Parity, 8 Data & 1 Stop Bit.

1200,N,8,1
