Legend SA Voice button question

Hello,
quick question i have a customer with a legend, when someone from the outside calls and dials his extension from the AA the phone rings on his SA Voice key(second one up from SA ring). can someone please tell me how to make it ring on the SA ring key instead of the SA voice. Thank you in advance.

When you go off hook is the SA Voice button selected? If so you may want to reset automatic line selection for this extension choosing the ring button first.

No the phone does not go off hook on the sa voice. The light next to SA Ring is lit while on hook(red)and changes to green when off hook. i saw an option in a manual to set default ring on a key to use *16, asked customer to try this but it gave him the "wrong option try again tone".
