Legend Release 7.0 v9 with Merlin Mail

Merlin Mail Auto Attendant Fax Routing.
I am having trouble getting the fax exrtension to complete the handshake or the with the transfer notletting go?
When i manually transfer a fax call to the fax extension the pc/winfax picks up and works fine but when the auto attendand answers and transfers the fax the pc/winfax picks up but does not appear to complete the handshake and complete the transfer, it just sits there?

any ideas what i setup wrong?

Check the LS Disconnect option under the lines/trunks menu. Set the option to yes.
