Have a customer that has PRI and a QCC operator. They want to have Night Service goto Auto Attendant. They also want to position busy to night ringer. I have the night ringer working. I programmed night service calling group to be 770 but when I activate it does not play greeting just answers with call being answered by merlin vm and enter extension #. Waiting for callback from AT&T on digits being sent on main line. The QCC on incoming calls says cover DID?. So I am assuming digits do not match QCC extension number of 100. If I dial plan route digits to QCC extension 100 and setup AA#1 in merlin mail to 100 will this route calls immediately to night greeting recorded. Thanks in advance!
