Got a call that one of our customers couldn't access their Legend via the Intuity any longer. Went onsite to be sure someone didn't disconnect the cabling and all is well. I tried it myself and it does bring up the SPM window when you select "Switch Admin" from the choices, but then it locks up and I had to do a hard reboot of the Audix to get it back (which I don't like doing!).
Has anyone experienced this before, and if so, what was the fix? This setup has been working for a while and now this started.
