Legend R7 and Telco VM

Does anyone know if a Legend R7 in key mode will light the MWI on the MLX phones if a CO line has telco voicemail? I haven't tried this to see if it works, but was just curious if anyone ran into the same question!

No, it will not turn on or off the MWL. The MWL is tied to a particular extension's voice mail box in the Merlin/Legend/Magix voice mail systems - and it is usually the last voice mail port that turns the MWL on and off. Without the voice mail system, there is no way to turn the lights on and off.
