Legend R5 with MLM 007

I have a customer with the above equipment and have been complaining of voicemail messages getting cut off. I have reset the mailboxes of the people who have complained and they say it still happens. Also they say while checking messages sometimes administrator comes on and say's "goodbye" and disconnects them. Any Ideas guys?????

I can get more information on slot locations etc. if needed.

i assume you have tried reseting the voicemail card itself? there is a tiny pushbutton on the front of it you can push with a paperclip.

Sounds like the hard drive has developed bad sectors and needs to be replaced.
