Legend R5 Voice mail coverage

Customer has 64 telephones all with voicemail and all cover OK (coverage group 30 COS 3) except 2 extensions that will forward to extension 100 instead of going to voicemail. if i reset mailboxes they work ok for a week or so and then start forwarding to 100 again. Any Ideas???? Thanks in advance

Change the user password on one when it starts this failure.

Then, log in as the user and see if they have changed any options to make this happen.

Also, cehck for COVERAGE OFF Options for the extension.

Although, you say changing the Mbox fixes, Cov Off may not be it either.
