Legend R3 making 911 calls over pool 890????

have a Legend R3 and trying to set up the 911 calls going out to go over the PRI pool 890. The PRI is the only Co they have.
know that the special number table ( 20 ) will not allow chages to the out going pool. is there away around this????

I've always seen the 9112 calls go out over the "first" pool - 70. Was tis maybe renumbered?

no the pri is in pool 890, and there are no trunks in 70. apparently ther was lines in pool 70 but they have been droped and now they are wanting the 911 calls to go over the pri.
am asking if there is a way ( toehr than renumbering the pri pool to 70 ) to make 911 calls over the pri
