legend pri

I need help to program legend to send calls over pri circuit. The pri is up and takes inbound calls but to so called tec's could not get calls to go out over the pri and told me it could not work. I find that hard to beleive due to the fact inbound does work. this circuit is P to P to a G3 which I have access to also. I can program G3 with out a problem but legend I have not worked with.

Make sure that the PRI T was provisioned for two way traffic that is a start. Yes you can have inbound and outbound traffic on this T takes some programming but can be done. you would also need to know how everything is set up. (This also MUST be set up for AT&T custom though your provider)
