I have a pri recently installed by AT&T & the customer is saying they can't call internationally.I had the customer call 3 times different numbers so AT&T could track a call occurrence & they opened a ticket because they saw my switch sending 011011 then the overseas #.How is it that this is happening. Is it something I've done in my programming the pri?

From the FAQ that you can find from the link at the top of this forum:

Cannot dial international long distance calls.

* on some PRI facilities, it is necessary, in the Special Service Table, to change
the “Type Of Number” entry for international format, from ‘international’ to ‘national’

Special services table as TTT has stated. You can also delete the 011 from pattern 0 which should solve your issue as well. That way, it is tagged as international (which adds the 011) and deletes the 011 the dialer input.
