Legend phones have one pool button, but phones will not alert of a new call if currently on a call

If my users are on a call, the next call that comes into the system will not ring/alert the user. They have one pool button for pool 70 set to ring. Can I just add another pool button for 70, or is there a ringing setting for the phone to alert of a new call?

If they are currently talking on a call on the Pool button, it can't alert them of another call. If they are on a call on one of their SA buttons, the phone will ring once, unless you turn Abbreviated Ringing off. You can't have more than one pool button per pool
 
Thank you. I've instructed them to use the dial 9 feature instead of using the pool button, and changed the auto line selection not to go to the pool button as well.
