Does anyone have software or a spreadsheet template for printing labels for MLX phones? Yes, I have done it with WINSPM, but it labels the buttons in Legend terms, not user terms. Can WINSPM labels be altered?

Anyway, I need a speedy way to print labels without too much hasle! Cutting is okay!

After making the labels with Desi on plain paper, use an X-acto knife or single edged razor blade to trace around the edges of the plastic label cover for an exact fit!

WINSPM labels can be modified. Just move the mouse over the button part and highlight. Type in what you want.

Hi ScotTel,

I saw your post . And you mention that you can print labels with winSpm , how you do that?

Thanks,
DAvid

I use Excel with a CELL SIZE of WIDTH 12 and a heigth of 36.

That works for MLX Sets...

Taverny,

WinSpm 7 or 8 should give you a labels option in quick access. Now in order to use Quick Access, Legend has to be R6 or higher I believe. If you have older version of WinSpm, you can download newer version from Avaya.

I have used MS PowerPoint to print labels; that lets me use multiple different fonts in each cell. If you are interested in a template, send me a note.
