Legend minimum DS1 configuration

Can a Merlin Legend system be configured as solely a processor
card, a 100D card and and 012 card? If so, is there a minimum
release required for this config?

Yes, it can be done, and has been done.

No particular release, however, I wouldn't do it with anything less than a R7.0.

Of course, you will only be able to admin it remotely -Dial up- or with a PC connected to the Admin port.

Thanks. I intend to try that as 'behind switch' mode into an asterisk box. Cheap way to get FXS ports.
