The Operator Mailbox (x200-personal) seems to have always been a hit/miss issue. Some systems it works fine other systems it works with a "Do Not Disturb" button. I would like to know how to translate it so calls to x200 internally are covered by the same mailbox that works with the auto attendant mailboxes and system administrator mailbox.

In voicemail, change the call answer service operator to x200 (default is 768 which transfers the call to the first port on the system which is probably x200, but it will never cover to voicemail). Under auto-attendants, make sure your dial 0 timeout is also set to x200 versus the "call answer service operator". That should solve your issue.

Thank You Telecomboy . . Always been an issue/ just needed more bullets
