What release is this?
If it's less than a 3, I'd replace the processor.
I'd probably replace the processor if it is 3 or more, but the difference is, 3 and later saves the translations on the flash card, thus making the issue less than FATAL.
AFTER I MAKE SURE THE BATTERY STRAPS ARE IN PLACE !
We used to take them off when we did training, so we could do a new start just by powering down.
